Titans place Ryan Mouton, Dave Ball on injured reserve

The Tennessee Titans placed starting defensive end Dave Ball on injured reserve with a concussion and hip injury and cornerback Ryan Mouton is also out for the year with a hamstring injury.

The Titans will start defensive end Jacob Ford at defensive end.

Taking over their spots on the active roster: cornerback Pete Ittersagen and rookie defensive end Hall Davis, who were signed off the practice squad.

Hall was a fifth round pick of the St. Louis Rams last spring.

Meanwhile, defensive linemen Jovan Haye (concussion) and Sen'Derrick Marks (ankle) are questionable as well as safety Donnie Nickey (back).

The Houston Texans ruled out tight end Garrett Graham with a hamstring injury.

A long list of players are probable, including: linebackers Xavier Adibi (hamstring) and Brian Cushing (knee, finger and neck), tight ends Owen Daniels (hamstring) and Joel Dreessen (hand), running back Arian Foster (hip), wide receiver Andre Johnson (ankle), cornerback Glover Quin (hand), kicker Neil Rackers (right hamstring), quarterback Matt Schaub (left arm), linebacker Darryl Sharpton (neck), wide receiver Kevin Walter (knee) and offensive tackle Eric Winston (shoulder).
