Quarterback Matt Flynn will get his first career start for the Green Bay Packers tomorrow as the team recently announced Aaron Rodgers will not play tomorrow.
Rodgers suffered his second concussion of the season against the Detroit Lions on Sunday and did not participate in practice this week. Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Friday the decision would come down Rodgers being medically cleared to participate.
This will be the first game that Rodgers will miss this season. Flynn, is in his third NFL season out of LSU. When Rodgers was knocked out of the Lions game with a concussion, Flynn came in and completed 15 of 26 passes for 177 yards and one interception in the 7-3 loss. It was the most time Flynn has played this season.
