Chiefs defensive end Tyson Jackson left Monday night's game in a world of pain, and he won't make it back on to the field this week.
The Chiefs downgraded Jackson from questionable to out after he failed to travel with the team to Cleveland. The team also ruled starting right tackle Ryan O'Callaghan out.
Wallace Gilberry should pick up snaps at end, while Barry Richardson will start at right tackle.
