Former Chargers quarterback Ryan Leaf is recovering from brain surgery after a benign tumor was removed last week.
The No. 2 overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft experienced dizziness and blurred vision before seeing a doctor earlier this month. He had surgery last week and was released from the hospital on Saturday, according to a statement from his publicist.
Leaf is currently living in Montana and told Dan Patrick recently that he was doing well financially as he recovers from a painkiller addiction.
