According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Raiders will hold onto Seymour by designating Seymour as their franchise player within the next two weeks.
Per the report, Seymour would make $14.9 million next season with a 20-percent raise over last year's franchise tag that he received last year.
Late in the season, Seymour said: "I see myself retiring as a Raider."
