Roethlisberger out again

Despite some hints that perhaps the Steelers would bring quarterback Ben Roethlisberger back on Sunday after missing a game with a shoulder/rib injury, Roethlisberger once again has been scratched.
The official injury report lists the team’s veteran signal-caller as out for Sunday’s game at Cleveland.
Joining Roethlisberger are quarterback Byron Leftwich (ribs), receiver Jerricho Cotchery (ribs), tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle).
It means that Charlie Batch definitely will get the start, with Brian Hoyer/Brian Hoying/Bobby Hoyer/Bobby Hoying serving as the backup.
Somewhat surprisingly, safety Troy Polamalu is only doubtful with a calf injury.  It’s the first time he has been anything other than out since aggravating the injury in Week Five.
The best news is that receiver Antonio Brown, the team’s MVP in 2011, has been upgraded this week to questionable, after missing two games with a sprained ankle.  He was a limited participant in practice all week.
