Raiders begin search for new head coach

Like their AFC West rivals in Denver, the Oakland Raiders officially have launched their search for a new head coach.
Unlike the Broncos, the Raiders don’t feel compelled to provide continuous updates via Twitter and the team’s official website.
“We have begun the interview process,” Raiders senior executive John Herrera told Steve Corkran of InsideBayArea.com.  Herrera added that the Raiders won’t be disclosing information regarding the names of any candidates.
We’re not sure what the right approach is for matters of this nature.  But we’ve got a feeling that the answer falls somewhere between the approaches adopted by the Broncos and the Raiders.
