Aaron Smith not playing this weekend

Nothing has changed with the status of Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Aaron Smith.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Smith won't play in Sunday's AFC championship.

If he's going to be back, it will be for the Super Bowl if the Steelers make it that far.

He hasn't increased his activity at practice and remains limited.

Smith had surgery to repair a torn triceps suffered against the Miami Dolphins.

"I just did some drills and get-off stuff, things like that," Smith said. ""I feel good, it's just a process."
