INJURY Report: Maroney questionable for Patriots; Odom to start for Bengals

The injury report is out, and we'll periodically highlight some of the more notable names and players that could miss action this weekend.

For the Patriots, running back Laurence Maroney (thigh), wideout Julian Edelman (foot), and cornerback Kyle Arrington (knee) are questionable.  Right tackle Nick Kaczur (back) is out, but not out for the year, as many feared.  Cornerback Terrence Wheatley (foot) is also out of the Patriots' inexperienced secondary.

Maroney's role in the Patriots backfield remains a big question mark.  Basically he's around to fill in for whoever gets hurt first between Sammy Morris and Fred Taylor.

In Cincinnati, rookie safety Brandon Ghee is likely to miss the game.  He's doubtful with a head injury.  Wide receiver Andre Caldwell (groin) and running back Brian Leonard (foot) are questionable.  Probables are not listed.

Defensive end Antwan Odom is healthy, and the Cincinnati Enquirer confirmed he will start.  Odom tested positive recently for a banned substance.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis wasn't happy with the reports--that surfaced about Odom and he wasn't happy with Odom addressing the issue.
