INJURY Report StL @ Oak: Robert Gallery could be out for Raiders this weekend
The Raiders and Rams are preparing for this week's "We really better not lose to this team" Bowl and Oakland may not be at full strength.
The Raiders signed an offensive lineman on Wednesday, and Raiders coach Tom Cable indicated that guard Robert Gallery's hamstring strain could be significant.
Plenty of other big names for the Raiders also missed practice including: wideout Chaz Schilens (knee), cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha (groin), linebacker Travis Goethel (lower back), defensive tackle Richard Seymour (hamstring), cornerback Walter McFadden (hamstring), cornerback Chris Johnson (stinger) and safety Hiram Eugene (hamstring).
It's unclear how serious most of these injuries are because many of the players like Asomugha finished last week's game. We'd expect them to play.
The Raiders received some good injury news Wednesday when running back Michael Bush returned to a full practice.
For the Rams, running back Steven Jackson (knee) and wideout Laurent Robinson (ankle) were among those missing practice. It appears Jackson is just being cautious. Robinson's injury is less certain.
