We’ve probably been paying closer attention to the Vikings stadium situation on PFT because, well, there’s not much else to pay attention to these days other than the labor battle.
There have been a lot of proposals discussed publicly, but one should be moving forward more officially soon.
“We have been told a bill is imminent,” Vikings Assistant Director of Public Affairs Jeff Anderson wrote on Twitter Thursday.
A bill may be coming soon, but it’s hard to imagine the Vikings or any other team moving forward with new stadium plans before a new collective bargaining agreement is worked out. Owners are hoping to replenishing NFL’s “G3 fund” for stadium funding as part of a new deal.
