Tom Brady has Apparent Finger Injury
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady looked good in the preseason opener, but he may have suffered an injury along the way.
As we noted in today's one-liners, the Boston Herald reports that Brady spent the second half of Thursday night's game with his right hand wrapped in a towel, and today had athletic tape holding his index finger and middle finger together.
Brady, who played through a broken finger late last season, may have been injured when his hand hit the helmet of Saints linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar on a pass to Randy Moss.
There's no word on the severity of his finger injury this time around, but he completed all three of the passes he threw after the apparent injury.
