MIN - WR Javon Walker signed

The Minnesota Vikings have signed free-agent WR Javon Walker (Raiders), the team announced Tuesday, Aug. 24. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Walker gets to catch passes from Brett Favre once again. With Sidney Rice likely to miss the first half of the regular season the Vikings needed to add some help to the WR corps.
