Ed Wang suffers signficant injury

For the second time since being drafted, Bills rookie tackle Ed Wang has suffered a lower leg injury.

The fifth-round pick was the first Chinese-American player drafted by the NFL and has been the subject of a lot of media attention in China. By the sound of it, he may not get a chance to show what he can do for a while.

"Ed's got something they may have to operate on," coach Chan Gailey said Monday night via the Buffalo News. "It might take him out for quite a few weeks. We'll have to wait to see what the doctors say. That decision will be made tomorrow."

The Bills are thin at tackle, but Wang was only running with the third team.
