Charlie Frye lands on injured reserve for the Raiders

On Tuesday, word emerged that Raiders quarterback Charlie Frye would miss an indefinite amount of time after undergoing surgery on his wrist.

There's now more clarity regarding Frye's condition. Per Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune, Frye has been placed on injured reserve.
Frye will earn $1.226 million in 2010; in 2011, he'll be an unrestricted free agent.
The move leaves the Raiders with four quarterbacks: Kyle Boller, Colt Brennan, Jason Campbell, and Bruce Gradkowski.
