The Jaguars have come to terms with another draft picks, as the team has signed fifth-round DE Austen Lane to a a four-year deal. Reports say that Lane received a signing bonus in the neighborhood of $184,000, which would give him a total base value of $1.974 million.
Lane was one of the top pass rushers at the FCS level at Murray State, returning a fumble for a touchdown in the Senior Bowl. He recorded a school-record 29 sacks and 55 tackles for losses.
He registered 211 career tackles, 42 quarterback pressures, seven forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, five pass deflections, one interception and four blocked kicks.
